We are also adding a catalogue of tropical fish and pond plants, but for now, it's mainly snails.

If your pond is turning green, or you can't see your tropical fish any more, our snails can help.

They will eat algae and keep your tank or pond walls clean.

Or, do you have too many snails in your aquarium? Our Assassin Snails will sort them out in no time.

POND SNAILS - General

Please do research your other pond inhabitants to ensure compatibility as some larger fish, including goldfish, will eat snails.

And do remember to carefully acclimatise these new snails: Open their tub and float it in your pond with a few drops of your pond water. Add a little more every ten minutes for an hour and then place them carefully in your pond on a leaf or rock somewhere near the surface.

AQUARIUM SNAILS - General

Please do research your other tank inhabitants to ensure compatibility as some larger fish, including goldfish, will eat snails.

And do remember to carefully acclimatise these new snails: Open their tub and float it in your tank with a few drops of your tank water. Add a little more every ten minutes for an hour and then place them carefully in your tank, ideally on something near the surface.

FISH - General

We ship by Special Delivery so your fish should arrive next day by 1pm, with a heat pack when it's cold.

We suggest opening their bag and hanging it in your tank with the lid clamping it in place, to allow the water temperatures to equalise. Add a little of your tank water periodically over the next hour, then let them swim out to explore their new home.
